Tomasz Swoboda, born in 1977, is a multifaceted individual known for his talents both in music and academia. As a skilled guitarist, he performs with the band Columbus Duo, and his passions extend to culinary arts and sports. Besides his musical pursuits, Tomasz has made significant contributions as a translator, rendering works of renowned authors such as Baudelaire, Nerval, Poulet, Vovelle, Foucault, Sartre, Leiris, Caillois, Bataille, and Krystyna Szwedzka into Polish. His academic career includes teaching French literature at the University of Gdańsk, where he shares his knowledge and passion with students. Residing in a high-rise with his wife Agnieszka, his son, and daughter, Tomasz Swoboda continues to inspire with his diverse interests and scholarly work.
